NOTE: The original cast brass and cast iron burners are no longer available. This replacement stainless steel version is slightly smaller, but supports the same amount of gas with good heat distribution. The stainless steel version will not screw down into the base of the grill, but simply sits in the bottom of the grill using adjustable support brackets, which are included.

We have them manufactured here in the USA to our specifications and standards, which are high. Of course, they're not available anywhere else.

Unlike the standard issue stainless grids generally found today, which are typically low grade stainless and sometimes hollow, or coated carbon steel, our premium grids are made from solid high quality stainless steel rods. If you're looking for the best, you've found it. Just look at the weight of one of these grids, almost 6 pounds of solid stainless each.

Heat Plate/ Flame Tamer not known for Great Outdoors model 5500K. Our parts information for this grill model is incomplete, and we really don't know with certainty which heat plate fits this model. It may be that we have the part but don't show it here due to data or other error.
