We carry the most commonly requested grill parts for all major brand gas grills, and all of the parts we offer for sale are shown on our website. If what you are looking for is not here, we probably don't have it. If there is a problem with your order, please send an email to customerservice@grill-parts.com describing the problem. For reference, include the original order number. We will do whatever we can to resolve it promptly and fairly. Be sure to read our Return Policy. Important shipping information: We pack and ship Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm CST and frequently on Saturday if Carl hasn't gone fishing. We make every effort to get your order out the door as soon as possible and usually get it shipped within two days. Sometimes during the busy spring and summer grilling season it may take a bit longer. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Canadian and other international customers: We do not collect VAT or other import taxes. If your country levies VAT or other import taxes, it is NOT included in our charges.
