To get the correct Sterling 5861-62 BBQ parts

You should measure your existing parts and compare them to what we show here. This is best done with them removed from the grill.
Verify your Sterling model number by checking the CSA appliance tag on your grill to make sure you have the correct model number. Do not rely solely on the owners manual as these are frequently mixed up at retail stores when the grills are assembled. You'd be surprised at how many folks have the wrong owners manual.

5861-62 Burners

Genuine OEM Sterling stainless steel Dual-Tube burner for Sterling model 5861-62. This part has been slightly changed by the manufacturer to include a small bend at the end that does not affect the fit on existing grills that use this part.

Note: The adjustable air shutter on this burner should be set to 1/3 open for LP grills, 2/3 open for natural gas grills. The burner ships with the air shutter set 1/3 open for LP grills.

This burner is the same part as 22909-104NG and 22909-104LP. There is no difference in the parts, 22909-104NG has the air shutter set to 2/3 open for natural gas, 22909-104LP has the air shutter set to 1/3 open for LP.
