International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, your choice of delivery service. We do not add handling fees to your shipping charges. You are charged the actual shipping fees charged by the carrier. We know you want your order as quickly as possible and try hard to accommodate. Our goal is to ship your order the next business day after you order. Our packers work Monday thru Friday and, during the busy grilling season, sometimes on weekends.
