We ship BBQ-Pro grill parts worldwide via UPS or, optionally for international customers, US Postal Service. There is never any type of handling fee or processing charge added, you pay only the actual UPS/USPS shipping charges. Shipping cost are determined by the carrier, but are based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination. We make every effort to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Our packing department works Monday thru Friday and sometimes on weekends during the busy spring and summer grilling season. Most orders ship in 1 or 2 business day. |
